Beth started her real estate career in the property management field having discovered her passion for assisting people with their home needs; she obtained her real estate license in 2000. Understanding that purchasing and selling a home is not only a major financial decision but also an emotional process as well. Over 24 years in the real estate industry, along with the additional skills she’s acquired as a mother, wife and homemaker, have made multi-tasking second nature while still being patient, caring and understanding of one’s needs. Paying particular attention to detail and ensuring that communication is always open to provide a clearer understanding of the process from start to close. Given the many pieces that must come together to reach the settlement table, she is there to make the transaction as easy as possible.

Outside of real estate she enjoys gardening, spending time with family and friends, is active with the Perkiomen Watershed and is passionate about collecting for the local food pantry and veterans’ organizations.

Steph is an extrovert to the core; being with and serving people is what she does best, and it shows! Her love of people and skill for networking makes real estate a perfect fit for her. She spent her undergrad studying French and History at Virginia Tech before moving to Downingtown, PA to take a position with a Christian non-profit that gave her the unique opportunity to live in an apartment above a barn (talk about location)!

Early in her career, she filled various positions at a local bank and followed by time in project management for a mutual fund company. Her experience in the financial industry made her a quick "shoe-in" as a real estate agent. Steph is consistently a top producer in her area, as she continuously grows her business. She looks forward to helping you with your next real estate endeavor!

Steph and her husband met in the Delaware Valley area and eventually moved to Phoenixville where they now live and homeschool their two children.

Caitlyn is a Pennsylvania and Phoenixville native, living in Chester and Montgomery counties. This allows for a personal touch with her clients as she knows the heart and soul of the area to a T.

She is resilient and relentless in pursuing her goals and dreams. Norman earned his undergraduate degree from West Chester University and an MBA from Jefferson University, equipping him with a solid foundation in business and finance, and enhancing his ability to make informed, strategic decisions in the real estate world. His commitment to continuous growth and academic excellence is reflected in his pursuit of a doctorate in public administration, where he is constantly honing his leadership and analytical skills.

Outside of real estate, you will catch Norman assistant coaching for the Drexel University Men’s Tennis team.

Over the last 7 years, Sean has made a niche for himself in the art of the "hunt" and business development in Commercial Real Estate. Prior to that, he was an award winning Technical and Corporate Recruiter for over 15 years. He brings a combination of Sales and Marketing expertise along with his knack for creating and building a vast network of clients and strong relationships in the industry. He works closely with our Broker in identifying clients’ needs and utilizing many tools to be a trusted partner for all of our present and future clients. Sean focuses on NNN properties, as well as Industrial, Multi-Tenant, and Land Development. He takes his role as being a trusted advisor to our clients, and his unmatched response time, very seriously.

Sean is a Delco native and the proud Father of five beautiful daughters: Seanna, Kasia, Rylan, Ella and Charlie. He is an avid Philadelphia sports fan and also enjoys writing poetry, camping, roller skating and of course - bragging about his girls!
