You might be wondering where the name Morgan Francis came from and what the deal is with the bird.
It’s actually the middle names of my two children. And the bird - well, that has important family origins, too.
When my mother, Susan, was dying of cancer in 2020, she gave me a small glass bird sculpture as a sign of love, connection, and comfort. When I decided to start this brokerage, I chose 'The Bird' as a tribute to my parents and a symbol of new beginnings - taking flight.
